We are committed to simplifying and speeding-up our ways ofworking with the business and customers. Our IT PMO is helping to ensure aseamless journey for some 14 million passengers annually.

This is not a programmemanager role. It's about lean governance. The PMO Manager educates and empowersour IT project managers with our framework and tools to ensure excellentstandards and leading practices across one of New Zealand's largest and mostinnovative IT portfolios.

We've continually improved ourdelivery model to ensure projects are set up for success, budgeted correctly,with the appropriate governance—all in a streamlined way. This is a complexenvironment and we're driving compliance through education of ourpractitioners, not policing. Lean governance aligns with the businessobjectives to deliver on our organisational priorities to help sustain ouroperational effectiveness and profitability.

You will regularly engage withour PM community, helping to positively influence and embed our methodology.This will involve substantial commercial analysis. You'll also liaise with ourIT leadership team and central PMO to ensure great continuity of servicedelivery across the breadth of initiatives.
