Our HR Consultants are autonomous and provide quality human resource advice and expertise to the business. As part of the HR team, you will be instrumental in working alongside our Managers to provide consistent and commercial HR solutions that meet our growing and evolving business needs. You will drive key HR initiatives and be responsible for providing support on all HR functions including managing employee relations, leading the delivery of HR cyclical activities such as employee engagement surveys, performance / remuneration reviews and performance management processes to achieve broader business goals.

This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark on the organisation that is tasked with delivering an integrated transport network to New Zealand's largest city.

Desired Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will need:

· A minimum of 5 years HR experience working in a large, complex organisation (1000+ staff);

· A strong customer service focus with exceptional relationship building skills;

· Experience in presenting, facilitating and coaching managers,

· Strong attention to detail, be highly organised and above all have great initiative.

A tertiary qualification in Business, HR or a related discipline is desired but not essential. If you're looking to be part of a large HR team and work for a HRBP who will be committed to your personal development, this could be just the opportunity you have been waiting for.
