• Preparing daily/weekly/monthly P&L reports to monitor business activities and monitor customers’ debit/credit levels.

• Preparing weekly statement, monthly affiliate statement and updating balances for customers.

• Processing of customer accounts and settlement transactions in a timely manner.

• Arrange payments to customers through multiple payment solution platforms.

• Prepare all bank transfer instructions.

• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.

• Reconcile daily/weekly/monthly/year end customer accounts reports and transaction reports.

• Managing petty cash transactions.

• Controlling credit and chasing debt.

• Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.

• Maintaining a close relationship with banks, agents and outlets, working together to ensure investments are kept at its most efficient level.

• Liaising with VIP customers to ensure customer accounts are operating smoothly.

• Administer system and network, perform problem troubleshooting and user accounts managements, system backup, hardware/software installation, provide instructive desktop support to users

• Three years plus experience and underlying knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies. Including DNS, DHCP, routing, TCP/IP

We are seeking an intern to join us for a period of around a week to support us in our international division. You will be working closely with our Customer Insight Manager in order to help research, product and pricing in the international market (specifically the Chinese market).

We are looking for candidates with strong Excel skills as well as being fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

The role will be an unpaid internship but we will reimburse travel and lunch costs to a specified level every day. We are looking for someone to join us on Tuesday 1st March for an initial period of 4 days.
