An exciting, challenging and profitable opportunity for an experienced career advisor to join our brand new career coaching product team based at our City of London head office. As the Head of Program, your professional supports and decisions will help young grades to make a different of their future career.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• develop and finalize the starting strategy of this programme; Plan, implement and evaluate milestones and sub-projects in the programme

• Maintain current career program partners' relationship by regular meetings and develop new partners' network to sourcing new work placement opportunities

• Monitor the progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project

• You need to have at least 3 years previous experience of UK student career support and development; strong ability of international students' customer relationship management

• Strong leadership and management skills, excellent interpersonal andrelationship skills including ability to influence and work effectively withpeople

• Excellent English and Mandarin speaking and written skills required
