理想人选

EREC地产(英国)有限公司目前正在招聘一名常驻纽卡斯尔的项目协调员,主要负责管理与运营旗下UNINN品牌的获奖的学生公寓项目。项目协调员将于总部保持紧密联系,主要负责计划、组织和管理项目的各项活动。同时,项目协调员需要有较强的中英双语沟通能力。公司会为该岗位提供相关专业培训。除此之外,这个岗位的薪资符合T5签证(担保)的申请要求。根据一年实习期的表现,公司将实习结束后酌情考虑提供T2工作签证。



角色与责任

  • 管理项目计划、时间表、预算以及质量以确保较高的客户满意度

  • 与学生、出租中介以及外包服务团队保持日常沟通与协调,包括解决问题、处理投诉以及信息更新

  • 监督与管理外包服务团队,并汇报相关工作进度

  • 收集与管理相关物业数据,撰写项目报告以反映项目状态、风险与问题

  • 管理入住率以及相关物业的运营成本,并帮助提高原有租客的续租率组织参观物业,并管理租客的入住与搬出并撰写相关报告

  • 为物业设施联系维修/维护团队,确认报价,安排并监督工作

  • 与总部保持联系,相互支持、协调工作

  • 不定时出差至伦敦和考文垂/伯明翰办公室参加会议

  • 其他相关任务



资格与教育背景需求

  • 本科/研究生毕业,专业为项目管理相关领域或其他相关专业将优先考虑

  • 有项目协调员或项目管理相关岗位的工作经验将优先考虑。包括实习或其他相关工作经验

  • 有地产行业与物业管理的相关知识将优先考虑

  • 中英文书面及口语交流顺畅

  • 能够熟练地使用Microsoft Office 相关软件

  • 能够将工作分清主次并主动完成

  • 工作时有前瞻性,好学、上进,注意细节

We are looking for a project coordinator based in Newcastle for managing award-winning and tailored student accommodations. As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for directing, organising and controlling the activities of specialized projects. Professional training will be provided.



About The Company

EREC Estates is a joint venture between European Real Estate Company Ltd. (EREC), led by Pan Rui and Trust Estates Ltd., led by the Hon. William Cadogan. EREC Estates will capitalise on the complimentary skills of the two founders, creating a new business from existing expertise, focused on maximising returns from the acquisition, development, and management of student accommodation in UK.

Apart from that, we also have excellent capabilities in the locating, purchasing, sales, letting and management of UK realestates.



Ideal Candidates

EREC Estates Ltd. is looking for a full-time project coordinator mainly based in Newcastle for managing their award-winning and tailored student accommodations. As a project coordinator, you will keep contact with the Headquarter deeply and be responsible for directing, organizing and controlling the activities of specialized projects. A high level of bilingual communication skills isessential, both oral and written. Moreover, Professional training will be provided. The role is qualified to apply Tier 5 visa. Based on the first year performance, Tier 2 sponsorship will be considered at the second year.



Role And Responsibilities

  • Managing project proposals, timelines, budgets and quality to ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Liaising daily with students, letting agencies and contractors, including dealing with questions, complaints and updates

  • Monitoring and managing contractors end-to-end and report their status

  • Collecting and managing of the relevant property data, producing project reports to reflect status, risk and issues

  • Management of occupancy rate, operating cost for the relevant properties, and producing tenancy extensions

  • Organising property viewings, arranging inventory check in and out reports

  • Organising quotes for repair / maintenance and overseeing works

  • Working closely with headquarters’ colleagues

  • There will be necessary travel, mainly to London and Coventry / Birmingham offices

  • Any other duties as reasonably required from time to time



Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • Pursuing a undergraduate or postgraduate degree, project management degree or a related discipline preferred

  • Experience as a Project Coordinator or project management related position is preferred (it could also be an internship or relevant work experience)

  • Knowledge of real estates and property management preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package

  • Ability to prioritise workload and use own initiative

  • Be proactive and willing to learn, also have eyes for detail
