Job Purpose

To support update client websites with changes they require including their content, data, copy, images and rich media assets.

Principal Accountabilities

• Collating and inputting content into content management systems and other systems with great consistency, accuracy and attention to detail

• Testing and quality assurance for all updates

• Troubleshooting errors found

• Communicating with client as part of a service desk including providing assistance on how to use solutions

• Updating systems with relevant information related to the client and the work performed

• Creating training information and assisting users in use of websites and solutions when necessary

• Maintaining governance documentation

• Designing and creating user guides

Competencies / Experience Required

• Articulate with good command of English languages (oral and written)

• Articulate with good command of simple Chinese languages (oral and written)

• Working knowledge of HTML, image editing, copy updating

• Experience dealing with clients and supporting clients

• Proactive self-starter

• Ability to speak to clients at all levels

• Organised and methodical

• Be able to follow instructions carefully whilst using initiative and ask relevant questions where necessary

• Able to manage several tasks at the same time

• Used to working in an environment under pressure and to short deadlines

• Experience of working with content management systems, but otherwise will have a proven aptitude for using technical systems

• Experience using CQ 5 preferable

• Working hours are 3pm until 11:30pm

• The role will be based in our London office, starting on the 11th July for 2-3 weeks
