The Chinese TV (UK) Ltd is the UK Service Provider for TVB Europe Limited, which is an service that streams contents from Hong Kong's (TVB) to members in Europe. Its product ‘TVBAnywhere’ provides HD picture quality TV programmes and a video-on-demand service with over 50 channels.
We’re looking for a Chinese speaking Sales Accounts Manager to join our team to provide an outstanding service to all members of TVBAnywhere. We’re looking for a flexible candidate to join us for a full-time position.

Main responsibilities:
Managing and servicing a portfolio of existing customers' accounts to maximise revenue generation, whilst identifying and developing new accounts to help the business to gain greater market share
Setting sales targets for individual sales representatives and working closely with them to manage all elements of the relationship to maximise their sales
Recruiting, leading and coaching junior team members to achieve sales and margin targets
Formulating all sales policies, practices and procedures
Planning, organising and implementing promotion campaigns/activities to ensure best possible exposure for our products
Working closely with team members and being instrumental in delivering sales promotion and roadshow campaigns with planned and controlling budgets
Working closely with internal and external parties to organise various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major sales/marketing projects
Conducting market research, competitor and customer surveys to keep up to date with products and competitors.
Skills, experience and qualifications required from our ideal candidate:
Fluent Cantonese and ideally Mandarin to the native standard as the target market customer base is mainly Cantonese and Mandarin speakers
Previous experience of working in the Internet TV industry
Have Bachelor degree or above in marketing or business studies
Strong sales experience and management skill
Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team
Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
Excellent communication and people skills
Extensive knowledge of database software
Good IT, budget and report writing skills in Chinese as well as in English

Responsibilities:
Execute a wide variety of operational tasks associated with logistics, ticket inventory management, website data management and customer care. Includes:
Mastering several bespoke internal software Tools built to support each operational department
Full ownership of the operational actions in a specific department area (i.e: country/regional responsibility) to maximize accountability
Fixing and troubleshooting operational issues as they arise. Requires you to build a strong domain and cross-functional knowledge
