What We Do

As a digital brand, our Ecommerce team is at the beating heart of an exciting time in the brand’s history. The Digital Content department’s aim is to deliver not only a great online shopping experience across all platforms, but to constantly evolve, innovate and create a stand-out brand experience on Everything we do is in-house, from photography and web development teams to our local copywriters who are responsible for communicating our ethos and message of creative disruption globally.

The Role

Your role of Social Media Executive (Asia) will be responsible for launching AllSaints in China through a best in class social strategy. The role also focuses on overseeing the existing regional Asia social teams (Taiwan, Korea and Japan) and aiding their strategy to ensure continued growth. Reporting into the Global Social Media Manager, you will be working closely with the wider digital team across arange of projects and campaigns.

What Skills Do I Need For The Role

  • A strong background in digital marketing with extensive knowledge of all Asia social media platforms, including but not limited to Weibo, WeChat, Line and Kakao

  • Bilingual spoken & written English / Mandarin

  • Excellent writing and communication skills

  • Communicates with others clearly, effectively, professional and with respect

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, able to prioritise work accordingly and work flexibly to hit deadlines

  • Excellent team player who is collaborative in their approach and support team objectives

  • Strives to achieve and drive the best results possible for the brand

  • Ecommerce and fashion retail experience is preferable

What Will I Be Doing

  • Work with Global Social Media Manager and create market launch strategy for China

  • Responsible for updating the Chinese social channels ensuring integration of global content and introducing awareness of AllSaints through branded content

  • Source and manage a social media agency to execute a paid strategy with the key objectives of driving brand awareness in China

  • Own relationship between regional Korea, Japan and Taiwan social teams to secure excellent execution on all Asia social channels and grow reach / engagement on all platforms

  • Set engagement and growth KPIs across key Asia channels and deliver weekly & monthly reports
