房叔来发福利了，阿里巴巴集团的Alibaba Global Leadership Academy (AGLA) London Information Session阿里巴巴全球领导力人才招募计划本周末将在伦敦进行宣讲会。这项计划自从开始以来备受关注，感兴趣的小伙伴不要错过这宝贵的机会。

AGLA是阿里巴巴集团近期针对国际化战略进行的一系列动作之一。该项目在未来十年内预计每年从世界各国招募和培养具有潜力的优秀人才，输送到阿里巴巴杭州总部进行为期12个月的轮岗，配备来自资深管理层的直接导师，接受领导力培训，深入核心业务，了解阿里巴巴企业文化。在轮岗结束后，项目成员将被选派到阿里巴巴集团驻外办公室，运用所学知识与经验，进一步开拓海外业务。

作为该项目发起人之一，阿里巴巴集团副总裁黄明威(Brian A. Wong)表示，“通过在总部体验生活和工作，这些年轻人能更快地融入阿里巴巴的企业文化，以及更深入的了解为何阿里巴巴能取得成功。”
