The main duties of this role are to act as the point of contact for the referral of Chinese buyers from Knight Frank China offices or from the UK and assist with their property requirements. In particular to help other Knight Frank offices with their service to Chinese clients by providing translations where required of sales particulars, research documents and interpretation of legal documents.
Qualifications And Experience
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese with a good standard of English grammar and spelling along with a good understanding of the UK property market. You will have a flexible, adaptable and a co-operative attitude, calm under pressure as well as being well presented, have a clear speaking voice and a good sense of humour.
