2017年1月的申请人，要求在申请的时候递交2013-2015的报税记录。2016年的收入同样需要满足条件，由于因为递交的时候还没有官方的NOA，所以暂时不用提供。根据目前的审理进度，申请人至少在2017、2018年依然要满足收入要求，每年的收入要求比上一年会增加1-2%左右。

保守起见，申请人如果递交明年1月的父母团聚移民，需要在2013-2019年期间满足收入要求。

加拿大政府收取：担保人75加元，被担保人475加元，被担保人的配偶550加元，19岁以下小孩150加元，移民申请被批准后还要收取登录费。

There must be a sponsor for any relative immigrating to Canada within the Family Class. Both the person sponsoring a relative and the person wishing to immigrate to Canada must meet certain requirements.

Applicants for permanent residence must go through medical, criminal and background checks. An applicant with a criminal record may not be allowed to enter Canada. People who to Canada’s security are also not allowed to enter Canada. An applicant may have to provide a certificate from police authorities in the home country. You can sponsor your parent or grandparent if you are a citizen or permanent resident of Canada and if you are 18 years of age or older.

如下情况则没有资助资格：

You may not be eligible to sponsor your parent or grandparent if you:

在过去资助过程中签署了协议却没有提供有利的资金证明

failed to provide the financial support you agreed to when you signed a sponsorship agreement to sponsor another relative in the past

没有履行法院下达的指令，例如赡养和对孩子的抚养

defaulted on a court-ordered support order, such as alimony or child support

接受了政府的财务援助，残疾除外

received government financial assistance for reasons other than a disability

曾因暴力以及任何侵害他人或者性侵害被指控——根据情况，例如犯罪性质，发生时间和是否发出赦免通知

were convicted of a violent criminal offence, any offence against a relative or any sexual offence—depending on circumstances, such as the nature of the offence, how long ago it occurred and whether a record suspension (formerly called “pardons” in Canada), was issued

defaulted on an immigration loan—late or missed payments

正在服刑，或are in prison or已经宣布破产并未处理完相关事宜

Other factors not mentioned in this list might also make you ineligible to sponsor a relative.

当你资助一对父母或者祖父母时，你必须承诺在经济上支持这个人和他们的家属。因而，你必须达到相应的收入要求。如果你以前资助的关系人后来转而向加拿大政府要求财务援助，你将没有资格再资助其他人。资助是一个很大的承诺，所以你必须认真履行这个职责。

When you sponsor a parent or grandparent to become a permanent resident of Canada, you must promise to support that person and their dependants financially. Therefore, you have to meet certain income requirements. If you have previously sponsored relatives who later turned to the Canadian government for financial assistance, you may not be allowed to sponsor another person. Sponsorship is a big commitment, so you must take this obligation seriously.

You and the sponsored relative must sign a sponsorship agreement that commits you to provide financial support for your relative if necessary. This agreement also states that the person becoming a permanent resident will make every effort to support themselves. Dependent children under age 22 do not have to sign this agreement. Quebec residents must sign an “undertaking” with the province of Quebec—a contract binding the sponsorship.
