职位描述：

盛石集团是EB-5行业一流的区域中心和开发商，现正在招募全职销售顾问来管理和开发我们的台湾市场。该职位主要负责台湾地区，同时也需要在中国大陆和其他亚洲国家出差。入职之后要求立刻前往上海培训。候选人将直接汇报给工作地点位于上海的盛石资本市场亚太区总裁。

Lightstone Group, a leading Regional Center and Developer in the EB-5 industry, is looking for a full time sales consultant to manage and grow our Taiwan market.The Candidate will be responsible primarily for Taiwan although there is potential for travel in China and other countries in Asia. Travel to Shanghai for training immediately after hiring will be required. The Candidate will report to Head of Asia, Capital Markets, who is based in Shanghai. 

任职要求：

1.2-3年的全职销售经验以及EB-5市场营销能力；

2.5年以上工作经验；

3.求职者必须证明有成功介绍投资者或移民中介的背景经历；

4.该职位需要应聘者充满工作热情和能量，热爱销售工作，并且愿意同一流的EB-5区域中心及开发商共同打造一个美好的未来。

5.来自台北的台湾人优先考虑。

An ideal Candidate will be a Taiwanese national based in Taipei. They should have 2-3 years of full time experience in a sales and marketing capacity in EB-5. They should have at least 5 years of total experience. Candidate must have demonstrated a solid track record in closing investors or immigration clients. This is a role for someone who is very high energy, enjoys selling and wants to build a future with a leading EB-5 regional center and developer.
