Position2: D&D Manager： Responsibility: 1. Evaluate projects from sales, also support sales such as promote standard production, technical support; 2. Projects review & management with D&D Engineers & technician , technical & project support for them . Lead D&D Department to achieve department & company target; 3. D&D for new project , NPI project management , production cost reduction , increase production margin 4. Communicate with Director, Temperature Sensor Engineering , GM Chengdu , other department to achieve department & company target Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above in Electrical or engineering or automation related arearea;
2. English skill: CET-4 or above, excellent at reading, writing & oral English;
3.6 years or above experience in design or project management , and project management; 4 years or above experience in sensor design area ;3 years or above experience in department management;
4. Good at AutoCAD and Solidworks;

Position3: Process Engineer Responsibility: 3. In new products development process, Provide assist to design engineer to complete design and manufacture of mass-produced fixture, select new style machine then lead it in before patch process, train related people about product; Qualifications: 5. Prior to some who are skilled in Auto CAD and know PRO-e.
1. Be responsible for optimizing process flow for mature products and process stability as well as products quality.
2. In charge of technology routine define, standardizing work instruction, designing and preparing fixture, measure process time, selecting machine model and carry it out, define production layout and so on;
4. Train the technician to test key model and equipment, and provide support to them when they run into maintenance troubles.

Position4: Production Supervisor Responsibilities: 1. Organize material flows and inventory to reach production targets. 2. Compiles production data. Supervises/response/manage workers daily operation in production line, monitors production quality to minimize rejections, and raise productivity and FPY, reduce scrap rate 3. Establish management approach for good products, quality ,quantity ,cycle time and OTD Targets. Optimize production procedure. Organize to implement production process and improve process. Enhance production efficiency and reduce cost. 4. Evaluates manpower needs and assigns available resources. Supervises and trains a team of production staff. Train operator for quality, safety, operation and PM to get high efficiency team. 5. Production procedure,WI and production documentation preparation. 6. Assist with other dept to satisfy existing and potential customer requirements. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor or above, management, mechanical, electrical, automation background. 2. Responsibilities: 1.Schedule open PO/SO according to capacity and materials availability 2. Work out the production plan, achieve high OTD for customer orders Position6: Admin Specialist Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for customer reception, air tickets and hotel booking; 2. Responsible for the cleaning, canteen, drinking water, dormitory management; 3. Responsible for shuttle bus and car arrangement; 4. Responsible for office supplies procurement; 5. Other administration affairs. Qualifications: 1. College or above, with administration or related background 2. 2 years or above related working experience; 3. Good command of English reading, writing, listening and speaking; 4. Good Microsoft Office skill. Position7: IE Specialist Responsibilities: 1. Handle customs and shipping issue for all inbound and outbound shipments; Monitor shipping modes and status, ensure shipment on time and correctly; 2. Communicate with internal departments to ensure correct shipping customs information flow; 3. Freight Inquiry, counter bid, Acceptance; Audit the bill and prepares reports; 4. Customs contract registration and settlement. Complete customs duty and VAT timely for domestic sales; 5. Collecting and keeping related document; 6. Inputting and maintaining customs database. Qualifications: 1. College or above, major in logistics, finance, or math; 2. 2 years working experience in logistic; 3. Good written English; 4 Strong responsibility sense, Customs declaration qualification certificate, Inspection qualification certificate priority.
3. Prepare material shortage information to purchasing , and coordination with buyer to get materials delivery ready for production
4. Review inventory status, maintain the parameter for component in ERP system, coordination with engineering and warehouse to deal with the obsolete and dead materials, achieve high inventory turn
5. Review WO status information, coordination with production people to finish and close WO timely, achieve high MCT.
Qualifications:
1. Familiar with MRP/ERP system
2. 2+ years experience in PMC/ Planner function
3. Fluently English in both reading and writing, passed CET-4
4. Good Microsoft Office skill
