崔世扬先生是美国驻成都总领事馆的高级商务专员，投资美国项目关于环境保护，建设和建筑的首席负责人，以及美国宣传部和国际商务处驻成都高级政府之间的重要协调者。崔世扬先生在中国西南地区促进美国产品方面表现非常出色。

贾辉律师是德恒律师事务所的合伙人律师，主要执业领域为公司和并购。他曾代表众多中国公司参与其境外投资活动。贾辉先生持有美国纽约大学法学院和中国政法大学的法律硕士学历，并同时拥有美国纽约州和中国的律师执业资格。

涂达明先生是美国MF基金的亚洲战略总监，有超过25年的国际企业发展经验，尤其精通企业在亚洲的发展战略。涂先生具有制定业务战略，建立国际销售队伍，金融交易入口，及品牌管理的丰富经验。

王瑞琛先生是中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会西南分会秘书长、中国仲裁法学研究会常务理事、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会委员，长期从事仲裁工作，具有丰富的仲裁实务经验。

The American Chamber of Commerce in Southwest China and DeHeng Law Offices (Chengdu）will hold a seminar on Investment Opportunities and Legal Risks in US on May 14th, 2015. Speakers will discuss investment opportunities and legal risks in the United States, especially in the fields of real estate and high-tech industries, and how to guard against legal risk via arbitration?

Mr. Cui Shiyang is servicing as the Senior Commercial Specialist of theUnited States Consulate General-Chengdu,and is the principal account manager for Select USA, Environmental Protection, Construction and Architecture.He is also the key coordinator of U.S. Advocacy Service and High-level Government of Foreign Commercial Service. Mr. Cui has done excellent work inpromoting the U.S. products in Southwest China.

Mr. Jia Hui is an attorney of DeHeng Law Offices. He practices mainly in the fields of M&A and insurance. He represented many Chinese enterprises to make out bound investments. Mr. Jia earned his L.L.M. from both NYU and CUPL, and is qualified to practice in the New York State and China.

Mr. Arthur Tu is the director of Asia strategy of McKinney Fund. He has more than 25 years’ experiencein international business.Arthur has expertise in developing business strategies for building an international sales force, financial transaction gateways and branding management.

Mr. Wang Ruichen,Secretary General of China International Economic and Trade ArbitrationCommission Southwest Sub-commission (CIETAC-sw), standing director of ChinaAcademy of Arbitration Law, has worked in the field of arbitration for a longtime with rich arbitration practical experience.
