Position

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for managing the customer orders from order receipt to payment receipt and invoicing, ensuring a quick delivery to a satisfied customer. This role also takes care of processing goods return and customer claims.

Orders will be coming from our Regional Sales Managers located all over China, or from our oversea sales offices located in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. The Customer Care Specialist will work closely with the Trade Specialist who will take care of all importing and warehousing issues.


Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and oral;

  • Self-learner and ambitious, strong communicator and perseverant;

  • 5-year working experience in dealing with customer-related issues in a trading-related company;

  • Facility and experience to use enterprise computer systems (ERP for booking orders, shipments, invoicing, credit notes)


Reporting Line

This position reports to Office Manager - Shanghai.


Work Location

Based in Shanghai. Office will be relocated to Lingkong area (Songhong road station metro line 2 walking distance) in 2016.
