Mandarin Speaking Marketing Associate

Concentrated sales activity through telephone contact and emails in Mandarin and English to chase sales opportunities;
Achieving sales targets through targeted campaigns;
Following up sales with all the necessary administration;
Build good relationships with clients and their sales teams, ensuring timely flow of information to support sales and development opportunities;
Work with the marketing team to ensure consistency and strength of online and offline marketing activities; Maintain accurate records of sales activity and report call information, sales leads, and customer profiles in a timely manner;
Administrative and other tasks as required by the business.

Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and spoken
Computer literate, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Mail A proven track record in generating leads and converting leads in to sales in the Chinese market will be a distinct advantage
Experience within a B2B sales environment and/or of contacting C-level executives or decision makers is desirable
Communicate and Report to our China HQ in Mandarin on a Daily Basis.
Assist in the production of the monthly management accounts, including analysis of departmental activity.
To receive and process all invoices, expense forms, requests and refund for payment.
To maintain and reconcile the Direct Debit mandates and Bank reconciliations.
To deal with daily transactions for the petty cash and Online Banking and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis.
To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare payment for suppliers.
Dealing with suppliers and customers
Assistance with the budgeting and re-forecasting process
Your daily 'to do' list will generally look something like this: balancing accounts (also known as 'double book keeping'), processing sales invoices, receipts and payments, completing VAT returns, preparing invoices for the Inland Revenue, checking company bank statements, preparing cash flow statements, dealing with financial paperwork and filing. You'll also help prepare the profit and loss sheets for the annual accounts.
Managing the Returns and Inventory.
Excellent written and oral communication skillsin English and Mandarin
To be honest, discreet and trustworthy
Strong Microsoft and Excel skills
Accurate and logical approach to work
Good knowledge of double entry accounting
Previous experience in an Accounts office.
Previous experience in a fast paced, deadline driven culture is preferable

We require a highly motivated M&A Analyst Intern who is responsible for helping to create and maintain the Company sales plan, research and find new business opportunities, and help generate sales.
In addition to working closely with senior management and the company founders on the sales plan, you will be working closely with the product team in the UK.
Author deal insights covering major transactions (often time critical, high profile and potentially sensitive reports); develop M&A market analysis; contribute to production of M&A Tool
Participate in the ongoing development and expansion of our research practice
Work with the sales team to strengthen relationships with existing clients, and to identify and win new business
Help prepare and analyse financial models
Research M&A targets, including financial, qualitative and valuation analyses
Organise and conduct due diligence on potential acquisition targets
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree, preferably finance / economics related
Preferably experience of working with data providers within the finance industry
Strong strategic and analytical mind-sets
Some experience or knowledge with any or all of the following is highly desirable: Banking, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Consulting, Equity Research or in an Accountancy Firm
