Due to our business development, we are now expecting an enthusiastic and highly motivated Operation Manager to join our team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity ensuring our services are properly supported, managed and embraced within our UK office.

Job Description

• Coordinate and conduct the production workings of the company involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods, and report to the General Manager on a weekly basis

• Establishand maintain strong working relationships with customers to increase the level of international activity with existing and potential target clients both in China and the UK

• Review and supervise daily operation activities and prepare monthly data reports, financial statement including prepare and control operational budgets and improve profitability

• Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity and provide support where necessary

• Improve internal processes and policies in support of company goals to maximize output

• The job requires work overtime in order to match China time zone

Skills Required

• Bachelor degree or above

• Strong organisational skills and be able to multitask

• Excellent communicational and written skills in English, Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)

• Be able to use computer applications especially Office software effectively

• Comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, design, testing and implementation

• Have prior relative working experience in operational management in the UK is a plus
