This luxury client service based in Central London is looking for Fluent Mandarin and English travel consultant providing services to their private VIP clients based in the UK and Abroad. You'll have travel industry experience working with flights, hotels or holidays and an enthusiastic phone manner and confident with speaking to all types of clients. You will be employed in a fast moving, fun and vibrant office atmosphere. They will offer a salary of between £22-25k + bonus of up to £3.6k + benefits.
- Take inbound calls from clients for a variety of requests
- Managing either flight, hotel or holiday requests
- Make engagement calls to clients to establish their needs
- Manage enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner
- Offer solutions in a knowledgeable manner
- Build on your insider information and know how
- Travel Industry Experience (flights or hotels or holidays)
- Fluent Mandarin and English is essential, Cantonese is an advantage
