Job Description

Cooks Delights Ltd is seeking for sales and marketing staff who can speak Mandarin to join the Sales and Marketing department for the following duties:

• Assist customers to place orders through telephone, email or fax

• Contact regular customers to take orders and advise sales, introducing new products and promoting sales items

• Look after allocated customers and solve all sorts of customer queries

• Repair old customers and convert them into active accounts

• Meet agreed on sales target and other performance requirements

• Customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Level - A Levels

Additional Information

• Must live local or surrounding areas of Leyton for the ease of travel due to shift times

• Training will be given for the first 8 weeks and will be required to work 6 days a week, Monday to Friday and Sunday (once the training is over, you will revert to working 5 days a week, between Monday to Sunday)

• Permanent contract

• 28 days paid annual leave ( including Bank Holidays)

• Enrolment into a Pension Scheme

• Starting salary for this is £16000 to £22000, depending on experience

• Performance based bonus
