We are currently inviting applications for a full-time permanent Cabin Crew Base Executive to join our Cabin Crew Base team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the office and operational functions that include scheduling, pre-flight planning and other regulatory mandated tasks

• Provide accurate and timely personnel and administration for London Base Crew, as well as provide continual and thorough support and guidance for the London Base Crew

• Assist with the promotion and recruitment of London Base Crew

• Build strong working relationships and communicate effectively with the growing Cabin Crew Community and other departments across the business

• Manage employee relations as and when required to include but not limited to; Internal disciplinary, grievances and hearings

• Flexible working matters and Performance Management and absence management tasks

• Competently manage the performance of the Cabin Crew through positive reinforcement and recognition

Requirements

• Demonstrable work experience and skills within an operational role with knowledge of inflight services

• All applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK as we are unable to sponsor work permit / visa applications for this role

• Composed team player that can show a proven history of flexibility, proactivity and organisational skills

• Ability to speak and/or write Cantonese, Mandarin or an Asian language would be an advantage but not essential

• Professional, confident and a courteous manner with excellent English written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to complete all tasks to an extremely high level and take ownership of problems and cope with working under pressure

• Attention to detail, good prioritisation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

The successful candidate will be rostered to work a flexible roster, consisting of night shifts, split days off and weekend work in a rolling 7 day week pattern.
