American companies in China face an increasingly complex regulatory environment. Developing agile, creative and effective government relations is no longer an aspiration for companies, it is a must. Yet, American companies all over China struggle to develop a system that delivers results, retains and develops talent, and creates new opportunities for growth.
AmCham Shanghai is pleased to invite you to the first session in our Government Relations Workshop Series: Creating an Effective Government Relations Program on July 13 from 8:00 to10:00 AM at the Four Seasons Hotel. Join us as James McGregor, Chairman Greater China for APCO Worldwide looks at successful structures, management systems and talent acquisition that companies have used to develop their internal government relations departments. Mr. McGregor will then moderate a panel of high-level government relations executives who will share their successes, their challenges and their recommendations for how to develop and implement government relations strategies and programs.
