为庆祝骄傲月，上海美国中心将放映纪录片Papa Rainbow，影片的主角是一群中国父亲，他们的共同点是，他们的子女属于LGBT（女同性恋、男同性恋、双性恋、跨性别者）群体。放映后，该片导演将和观众就该话题展开讨论。导演此前的纪录片作品曾获得了多个国际荣誉。
To commemorate LGBT Pride month, the Shanghai American Center is pleased to screen the documentary Papa Rainbow, which features stories from Chinese fathers who have lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender children. The screening will be followed by a short talk by the film’s director, whose previous documentaries have won a number of international accolades.

Have you ever wondered why some people thrive in business and some do not? Why some individuals always lead and why people follow them? There are some fundamental business concepts that, when applied correctly, have great results. This initial presentation explores key business principles such as Leadership, Networking, and Communication, and how utilizing these ideas can be a formula for success in your business or organization.

Byron Washington拥有普林斯顿大学的公共政策/国际关系硕士学位以及金融本科学位。他曾在美国供职于“四大”会计师事务所之一的德勤，为多个非盈利机构、教育机构和美国联邦机构提供咨询服务。他的专业领域包括领导力发展/训练、项目管理、组织变革、非盈利组织管理和变革管理等。
Byron Washington holds a Master’s Degree from Princeton University in Public Policy/International Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He has worked for Deloitte, one of the “Big Four” international accountancy firms in the United States and managed consulting projects for non-profits, educational institutions and various U.S. Federal agencies. His areas of expertise include leadership development/training, project management, organizational transformation, non-profit management, and change management.
