Rise-rising 现在分词做形容词

模仿：

There have been  a growing number of people using vehicles. 

2.…,marking the largest annual die-off in history, according to a new study.

…, verb ing 现在分词表示下一个动作

模仿：

There have been a growing number of  people using vehicles, increasing greenhouse gas emissions, thereby exacerbating global warming.  

increasing 和上面“ marking” 的用法一样

thereby 可以用来链接下面一个动词

exacerbate = make sth worse 

Step2.提炼词组,按照逻辑排列,写出相关的例子段落

词组: 

a.rising water temperatures 

b.destroy  large swathes of the Great Barrier Reef in Australia 

c.mark the largest annual die-off in history

Swatches: a row or line of grass, grain, or other crop as it lies when mown or reaped. 

annual die-off ：extinction of species 

建议多记忆这些恰当的词组,

雅思写作需要“恰当”的词汇,

不是“高大上”生涩难懂的词

我们现在把词组,编写成雅思style 的例子,

"In 2016, it was  the rising water temperatures (直接抄) that  destroyed large swathes of Great Barrier Reef , marking the largest annual die-off in history"

7分句子结构：

It is .. that ..强调句

正是因为...导致了...

2016年,正是因为水温的增加,导致了海岸线都TM被毁掉了,然后导致了历史上最大的生物都死翘翘了...:D 

这个例子可以论证雅思写作的哪些话题呢？

最后1句话,是3rd conditional 第3条件句,表示过去相反

如果汽车没有被发明,那么就不会对环境产生这么严重的威胁。 

2.旅游导致环境污染

我们模仿上面的段落,替换关键词,解释旅游对于环境的污染。

Tourism  can be detrimental to the environment.  For example,  the ever-growing number of tourists in the Great Barrier Reef in Australia have increased the usage of vehicles, causing greenhouse emissions, thereby exacerbating  global warming,    raising sea temperature.  In 2016, it was the rising water  temperature that  destroyed large swathes of Great Barrier Reef , marking the largest annual die-off in history.  Had the attraction never  been opened to public, there would not have been such a devastating impact on local ecological system.  Therefore, tourism development, which is supposed to promote local economy, may backfire.

都使用了相同的例子

一样的结构：强调句+had...虚拟语气

但是论证了不同的题目

所以雅思写作是不是没有那么难？

句子结构固定以后,直接填写和观点相关的词汇即可
