上周五，11月11日单身狗节当天，通途收到了内部消息，称想报名Naati学习的学生，如果是在2017年6月30日之后去学校注册的学生，很有可能没有办法参加校内考试。
这个消息也转眼间席卷了墨尔本的留学生朋友圈。
众所周知，校内考试的通过率比校外考试可是高出了一大截，如果校内考试取消，那便意味着：独立技术移民路上，同学们更难拿到翻译的5分加分了…..
很多同学在第一时间联系了通途君，想要了解这个消息是不是真实的。
而现在，在经过了Naati的多重确认后，通途君将翻译会议记录以及附上naati官方的文件，来还原整件事情的始末。
Naati在11月11日2016年组织了一次会议，会议的中心是讨论重组澳洲目前的授权系统。该次会议的内容如下:
Question 1: What is the reform?
In compliance with ISO17024, NAATI has decided to introduce new certification system to replace the current accreditation system. The new certification system is expected to be introduced in January 2018 after which NAATI will set up the certification examination papers and organise the marking process. 为了遵从ISO 17024，Naati决定引入新的证书系统来取代现在的授权系统。在2018年1月以后，这个新的证书系统将会在Naati设定好新的证书考试内容以及评分标准后引入。
Question 2: Is there any condition to sit for the new certification system?
新的认证系统需要什么条件？In order to be eligible to sit for the certification examination, students will have tocomplete relevant interpreting and translation qualifications or units of competence at an approved institution。在参加认证考试前，学生们需要在Naati 认证的机构完成相关的口译和翻译学历。Question 3: Will there be any changes to the format of examinations?Under the new certification system, professional translator's certification examinations might be conducted with the aid of computers or laptops, while interpretingcertification examinations might be conducted in real-life recording scenarios.在新的认证系统下，专业的翻译认证考试可能要在电脑上执行，口译考试也可能模拟现实场景。It means that the new certification examinations will be somewhat more difficult and more unpredictable. With too much unknown waiting there, students are advised to take the right action NOW.这意味着新的认证考试将更难和更不可预料。正是因为有太多的未知因素，所以建议童靴们早点采取措施（还不找通途君报名翻译？）。Question 4: When will the new system be implemented?It is expected that the new certification system will be implemented in January 2018.Question 5: Are there any more details about examination reform?The details of the reforms including the formats of examination, the structure of examinationpaper and their marking guide, fees, are not known yet. Para-professional certification might only be provisional only.关于考试形式、考试结构、以及他们的评分指标、费用等目前尚不清楚。专业的认证可能是临时性的。
那么，究竟什么时候注册报读Naati 的同学不会受到新系统的影响呢？
