【EVUS登记】如果你在EVUS上登记之后,收到“登记失败”的信息,该怎么办?

如果你在EVUS上登记之后,收到“登记失败”的信息,你不需要申请新的签证。登记失败并不意味着您的签证有问题,这可能是因为行政疏失,例如没有在EVUS表格上提供完整的信息。


如果你在填写EVUS表格时,收到“登记失败”的信息或者其他错误信息,请拨打1-202-325-0180 或发送邮件至[email protected] 联系客服中心。


除了美国联邦假日外,客服中心提供7天24小时服务,并配备普通话专员,他们可以让你知道问题所在并提供解决方法。美国使领馆无法提供关于EVUS登记的详细信息或为申请人解决登记失败的问题。

If you receive an “unsuccessful enrollment” message after submitting your information in EVUS, you do not need to apply for a new visa.  An unsuccessful enrollment does not mean there is a problem with your visa, it means that there may be an administrative error, such as failure to provide complete information, on the EVUS form.   If you receive an “unsuccessful enrollment” or another “error” message while filling out the EVUS form, please contact the EVUS Call Center at 1-202-325-0180 or e-mail them at [email protected]. The Call Center is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, but is closed on U.S. federal holidays. The Call Center is staffed with Mandarin speakers who can let you know what the problem is and how to resolve it.    U.S. Embassies and Consulates are not able to provide details about EVUS enrollments or resolve the issue that caused an unsuccessful enrollment.
