《Can't Help Falling in Love（情不自禁坠入爱河）》是在德国作曲家 Jean Paul Martini（让·保罗马蒂尼，1741年---1816年）于18世纪所写艺术歌曲《Plaisir d'amour（爱之礼赞）》基础上的再创作。
原唱是大家都十分熟悉的Elvis Presley（猫王），首次出现于1961年猫王主演的歌舞片《Blue Hawaii（蓝色夏威夷）》，许多歌手都翻唱过这首歌。
猫王在上世纪60年代和70年代现场演唱会通常以这首《情不自禁坠入爱河》作为谢幕曲。大家熟悉的录音版本在1962年成为他的第35张百万畅销唱片。
