1、工作职责：

- 办公室行政工作

- 活动和会议的支持和执行

- 协助维护会员企业关系

- 文件翻译、校对等

- 西南美商会官方微信、微博、网站运营

2、要求：

- 踏实勤奋，诚实可靠

- 大学本科及研究生在读

- 良好的英语听说读写能力

- 熟练使用Office, Excel, PPT, Outlook等办公软件

- 每周五个工作日下午，并且保证实习期至少六个月以上(2018.8-2019.2)

2. Basic requirement

- Good command of both English and Chinese

- University students are acceptable

- Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook.

- Able to work in 5 weekdays' afternoons per week and Guarantee at least 6 months internship(2018.8-2019.2)
