We're undergoing an exciting period of change in the IT department here at Cigna,we've become Agile and are reviewing our digital road map across our all ourtechnologies. We're investing heavily in new technology and are moving ontocloud based technology. We've recently created a specialist BusinessIntelligence team who are re-architecting the way information is delivered tothe business by installing modern BI infrastructure and methodologies to enablegreater visibility of business operations throughout the organisation.

We're looking for someone who has worked in a Data Warehouse or relational databaseenvironment and has experience with ETL tools, preferably SSIS. You'll havein-depth experience in all aspects of SQL database development, preferably withSQL Server. Proven experience in taking complex data and turning it into clearbusiness information would be an advantage.

It’s a small team so this is your opportunity to gain a broad variety of experience andskill and have a personal impact on the business. Your relationship buildingand communication skills are key for this role as you'll be working with thewider business to determine how you and the BI team can deliver on eachdepartment's data and information needs.

You'll also have:

3+ years’ SQL database development experience
Previous experience working with Transact SQL
Experience with ElasticSearch (ELK Stack) would be a great advantage or a realenthusiasm to learn it
An analytical mind and excellent problem solving skills
