Job Title: Systems Administrator
Job Description: The position will be primarily responsible for development, support, upgrades, and enhancements of Complex Networks (LANs/WANs/Intranets), Microsoft Servers, Workstations, VoIP devices, SQL database and other Microsoft product, other applications and third-party vendor products.
Responsibilities include:
· Report to the IT Officer
· The ability to work independently and co-work with the team
· Understand and follow the rules, regulations under a regulated working context
· Maintenance and development of existing IT environment and systems.
· Deploy workstations, servers, printers, cameras, and IP phones
· Create and manage end user accounts, permissions, and access rights of systems
· Perform routine backups and audits on IT systems
· Maintenance and support the third-party vendor products
· Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, reconfigurations, and/or purchases
· Conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards that will be of value to the company
Knowledge/Skills Required:
· Native or bilingual language level in listening, speaking and writing, a proactive and comprehensive communication skill is required
· College diploma or university degree in field of computer science and/or 5 years of equivalent work experience
· Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or SonicWall / Virtualization is highly recommended
· Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is highly recommended
· Experience configuring and supporting Windows Server 2008 / 2012, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10
· Ability to train users and host department training on systems and applications
· Knowledge and understanding of computer hardware and network systems
· Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience
