The successful candidate will be supporting two senior and incredibly busy individuals at a global Bank based in the city. They will be working in a team of 4 PAs, and will be undertaking a varied and fast paced PA role.

-   Managing diaries and schedules, using initiative to prioritise accordingly

-   To represent senior management members to coordinate business activities

-   Dealing with internal and external meeting requests, to co-ordinate and service meetings, conference calls, taking minutes in Chinese and English as directed

-   Processing monthly expenses

-   Managing all domestic and international travel itineraries

-   Providing ad hoc admin support, for example ordering stationary and business cards

-   Maintaining Senior management team members electronic and manual files

-   Preparing documents, letters, reports and presentations when required

-   To cover for other PAs as and when required

-   To perform translation or interpretation as requested

-   To service Head Office delegations or guests as and when required

-   Ad hoc project work

-   To undertake any other related duties as assigned

The successful candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbally. They must have a Bachelors degree and ideally, have some experience doing administration within a corporate setting. It will be a significant advantage if the candidate has previously worked as a PA within financial services.

The client will pay a base salary up to £26,000, dependent on the career to date and education level of the candidate.
