美国新当选总特朗普继接听台湾当局领导人电话后，上周日又整个了让人惊掉下巴的大新闻，这次竟然公开质疑起“一个中国”政策！ 各大媒体立刻又被特朗普刷屏了。

特朗普和蔡英文“川菜通话”的事儿还没完呢，怎么现在又整出个大新闻？！

这一切，还得从上周日说起。

上周日，特朗普在接受福克斯新闻 (Fox News) 采访时，再度出其不意地放了个大嘴炮……

这次，竟然扯到了中美两国间长久以来的共识——“一个中国”政策上。

在这段简短的采访中，特朗普还谈到了中国的货币贬值、关税、南海问题、朝核问题。

最后，他还不忘为前几天闹得沸沸扬扬的“川菜”通话辩白……

特朗普的这番嘴炮竟然都怼到“一个中国”政策上头来了，消息一传来，国内外都炸了。

主要观点有这些：

On Sunday, US President-elect Donald Trump made some surprising remarks about the Taiwan question again. When interviewed by the Fox News network, he said, "I fully understand the 'One China' policy, but I don't know why we have to be bound by a 'One China' policy unless we make a deal with China having to do with other things, including trade." From these remarks, Western media believes that Trump may use the policy to force China to make a compromise on trade.

看来这样的分析是可信的。事实上从特朗普与蔡英文通电话并称对方为“台湾总统”时起，很多人就在怀疑这位商人出身的美国当选总统要把“一个中国”这一中美关系的基石当成筹码来叫卖，套取有利于他执政的短线利益。

It seems that such an analysis is credible. During a phone call with Taiwan leader Tsai Ing-wen, Trump called Tsai "Taiwan President," making many people suspect that the businessman-turned US President-elect will use the One China policy, the cornerstone of Sino-US relations, as a bargaining chip to peddle America's short-term interests.

11日新的消息传出后，相信很多人会惊叹于这位美国新领导人真是“商人透顶”，同时又在外交方面懵懂得像个小孩子。“一个中国”政策穿越了尼克松及其之后的各个时代，那些美国总统面对的中国比今天弱得多。此外“一个中国”政策已经成为现代国际秩序的基本准则之一，美国以及全世界一代又一代的领导人大多数都不是傻子，特朗普也决不是从天而降的唯一聪明人。

With Trump's new remarks on Taiwan, many people marveled at Trump's commercial thinking and naivety for diplomacy. The One China policy has gone through the ages since the Richard Nixon administration. In addition, the policy has become a fundamental principle of international order. Leaders all around the world, including US leaders, understand the importance of the policy.

看来特朗普需要对外交事务虚心学习，他尤其要了解中美关系究竟是怎么一回事。重要的是，靠给他读书本和中美三个联合公报是不管用的，中国需要与他开展一轮坚决的斗争，只有通过碰一些钉子，真正体会到中国以及世界其它力量不是好欺负的，他才会有所感悟。

Trump needs to learn to handle foreign affairs modestly, especially the China-US relationship. More importantly, a hard struggle against Trump is needed to let him know that China and other world powers cannot be easily taken advantage of.

接下来的问题是，如果特朗普放弃“一个中国”原则，中国还有什么必要在大多数国际事务中做美国的伙伴呢？如果美国公开支持“台独”，更加放肆地对台军售，北京还有什么必要对敌视美国的各种力量进行抵制、切割呢？我们为什么不能公开支持它们，或者暗中向它们提供武器？

If Trump gave up the One China policy, publicly supported Taiwan independence and wantonly sold weapons to Taiwan, China would have no grounds to partner with Washington on international affairs and contain forces hostile to the US. In response to Trump's provocations, Beijing could offer support, even military assistance to US foes.

还有，“一个中国”政策保持了台海和平，维系了台湾的繁荣。一旦特朗普公开抛弃“一个中国”政策，台海哪里会有什么筹码，这里将出现真正的风暴。因为届时中国大陆还有什么必要将和平统一置于用武力收复台湾更优先的位置呢？

The One China policy has maintained peace and prosperity in Taiwan, and, if abandoned, cross-Straits ties would see a real storm. China would introduce a series of new Taiwan polices, and may not prioritize peaceful reunification over a military takeover if Trump insisted on his provocations. The US has no control over the Straits, and Trump is naïve to think he can use the One China policy as a bargaining chip to win economic benefits from China.

到头来，“台独”势力有可能发抖，台当局或许会懊悔做了特朗普的棋子，做了美国激进政策的垫脚石。也许有一天蔡英文会拒绝接特朗普的电话。如果特朗普团队要把一切玩大了，什么都可能发生。

Eventually, those who advocate Taiwan independence will tremble. Taiwanese authorities may regret to being a pawn of Trump and his radical policies. And Tsai will refuse to answer Trump's call some day. Nothing is impossible if the Trump administration goes too far.

最后再霸气地以一个“过山车”比喻结尾：

“中国方面需要准备充足的弹药，陪特朗普坐一轮中美关系的‘过山车’。需要系好安全带的，恐怕还有世界上的更多人。”

“China needs to be fully armed and prepared to take a Sino-US rollercoaster relationship together with Trump. And many others in the world will probably also need to fasten their seatbelts.”

不知道如果特朗普看到这篇霸气社评，还要不要再这般肆无忌惮地大开嘴炮？

Trump's comments triggered a furious response from China's state-run Global Times newspaper, which, in an editorial, described the President-elect as a "child" ignorant of foreign policy and ruled out negotiations on the "one China" issue.

我国媒体的立场自然是坚毅明确，那么外媒对特朗普的言论又持什么样的看法呢？

12月12日，在外交部的例行记者会上，外交部发言人耿爽做出了如下回应：

中方注意到有关报道，对此表示严重关切。我想强调，台湾问题事关中国主权和领土完整，涉及中方核心利益。坚持一个中国原则是发展中美关系的政治基础。如果这一基础受到干扰和破坏，中美关系健康稳定发展和两国重要领域合作就无从谈起。我们敦促美国新一届政府和领导人充分认识台湾问题的高度敏感性，继续坚持一个中国政策和中美三个联合公报原则，慎重妥善处理涉台问题，以免中美关系大局受到严重干扰和损害。

We have seen the relevant report, and we are seriously concerned about his words. The Taiwan question bears on China's sovereignty and territorial integrity and touches our core interests. Adherence to the one China principle serves as the political foundation for the development of China-US ties. If this foundation is wobbled and weakened, then there is no possibility for the two countries to grow their relations in a sound and steady way and cooperate on key areas. We urge the new US administration and leadership to be fully aware of the high sensitivity of the Taiwan question, stick to the one China policy and the principles of the three joint communiqués, and approach Taiwan-related issues with prudence so as to avoid any serious disruption and harm to the overall interests of the China-US relationship.

另据新华社、参考消息援引外媒报道，在“川菜”二人通话不久后，中国也首次派飞机沿着“九段线”飞越南中国海争议地区。

而外交部的回应也还是一如既往：

中国对南海诸岛及其附近海域拥有无可争辩的主权。中方在自己的主权范围内进行正常的活动，是无可厚非的。

China has indisputable sovereignty over islands in the South China Sea and the adjacent waters. There is nothing wrong about carrying out normal activities within one's sovereignty.

白宫发言人厄内斯特回应称，在奥巴马政府的领导下，美国仍坚定信守“一中政策”，这也是美国历届两党政府都实行的政策，不只美国从中受益。

"The United States government, under the leadership of President Obama, has been and remains firmly committed to our one-China policy," said White House spokesman Josh Earnest at the daily briefing.

"That's also the policy, by the way, that previous presidents in both parties have pursued and our country has benefited from adherence to that policy," he added.

最后，引用王毅外长接受采访时所说的话：

“我可以明确地讲，不管是蔡英文当局，还是世界上什么人、什么势力，如果试图破坏一个中国原则，损害中国核心利益，最终只能是搬起石头砸自己的脚。”
