Sales Consultant

Manage all property sales matters, including property listing, selling and business prospecting.
Opportunity for cross exposure to all facets of property services.

- Holder of Agents Representative Certificate or Estate Agents License
- Have a strong desire to work and succeed in the real estate industry
- Self-motivated, punctual, well organized and have a responsiblework ethic
- Willing to learn and explore new initiatives

- Previous experience in real estate will be highly valued



Property Manager

Manage all leasing and property management matters to meet the business targets.
Opportunity for cross exposure to all facets of property service.

- Attend to maintenance coordination, client enquiries and business prospecting 
- Previous experience will be highly desired
- Holder of Agents Representative Certificate or Estate Agents License
- Have a strong desire to work in the real estate industry
- Self motivated and determination to succeed
- Punctual, well organised and have a responsible work ethic
- Willing to learn and explore new initiatives
- Prepared to seek continuous improvements and growth in real estate industry


Admin Assistant

- Outstanding front desk customer service and interpersonal qualities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong administration and computer design software skill (Adobe InDesign)
- Good level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional and strong communication skills - written & verbal, preferably comfortable conversing with English and Mandarin speaking clients



Trust Accountant

- Financial management of sales and rental trust accounting 
- Updating and maintaining the trust ledger 
- Daily bank reconciliation of all trust accounts 
- Credit disbursement and creditor statements
- Data input and integrity
- Oversee and monitor arrears collection
- Daily contact and query management with clients and sales/rental team internally 


The Requirements
- Previous residential sales and rental trust accounting experience is an ESSENTIAL
- Hands-on experience in RP Office
- Sound communication skills - written and verbal, preferably comfortable conversing with English and Mandarin speaking clients 
- Good level of accuracy and attention to detail
