Why is1969 such an important year for Americans? Do you know why it was an importantyear for New York City? What do Americans remember most about that year? InJuly of 1969, three Americans took the longest and most famous trip in history.Come to the U.S. Consulate Guangzhou to learn about their lives and who theywere. Then, you can review your mathematics and physics, and learn how thesewere used to accomplish what could be the greatest journey in history. Throughan interactive presentation you will put your skills to the test and see if youcan land a spacecraft on the moon. You will see math and physics in action andwill walk away with a better understanding of the amazing achievements ofApollo 11.
