办公室行政及活动策划助理（实习生）

1. Job Responsibility

- Daily administration work

- Events assistance and operation

- Membership maintenance

- Translation & proofreading

- AmCham’s Wechat public account, Weibo and official Website operation

2. Basic Requirement

- Good command of both English and Chinese

- University students are acceptable

- Able to work 5 afternoons per week

- Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook.

- Guarantee at least 6 months internship (2017.12-2018.05)

3. What you can get

    Introduction of AmCham

      中国西南美国商会成立于1996年，是一个无党派、非盈利组织。作为中国西南地区最大的和最具影响力的外国商会之一，美商会的使命是促进中美经济贸易交流与发展，在美国和中国政府之间起到桥梁作用，同美国驻成都总领事馆紧密合作，为商会会员及美资企业提供服务。 

      商会致力于促进美中两国政府合作，为在中国西南地区发展生机勃勃并具有建设性的美中商业助力。美商会会员均为世界500强的外资企业以及优秀的中国企业。美商会 的总部设在成都，由于近几年的发展壮大应广大的会员要求于 2009 年在重庆也设立了美商会办事处。我们理事会同会员们共同努力，竭力完成商会使命，在对当地政府政策的影响、 会员服务、企业社会责任方面取得了长足进展。

Established in 1996, as one of the largest and most influential foreign chamber of commerce in Southwest China, It maintains strong relations with the American Consulate in Chengdu in order to work more closely with the U.S. and Chinese government to help foster vibrant and constructive commercial relations between the U.S. and Southwest China.

The AmCham family has attracted mostly top 500 companies, foreign companies, and well-known Chinese enterprises. As the request from members and expansion of business, we have also set up Chongqing office since 2009. Our BOG and members have made significant strides in accomplishing AmCham Southwest’s mission with its influence on local government policy, member services, and corporate social responsibilities.
