【用法用量】

Adults and children over 12 years:

对于成人和12岁以上儿童：

For general health or to help with symptoms such as bloating, gas & wind, constipation and indigestion - take 1 capsule daily.

如果是为了改善总体健康或者一些肠道症状例如，腹胀，肠气紊乱，便秘，消化不良，每天1粒。

To assist with diarrhoea, take 1 capsule 3 times daily.

如果是腹泻，每天建议3次，每次一粒

To complement antibiotic use, take 1 capsule twice daily.
