2职业发展

1、通过零售学院能力提升课程，半年内成为油站经理；

2、通过实践团队管理实务及培训课程，1-3年内成为区域经理；

3、通过区域管理实务及个人能力学习及提升，3-5年内成为大区经理；

3工作职责

1.实施公司制定的各项油站管理制度；

2.组织和领导全站员工开展各项经营、管理和服务工作；

3.熟悉加油站各项经营管理环节和操作规程，合理调配人力；

4.负责加油站设施设备的维修和保养工作的检查；

5.负责协调加油站与顾客的关系；

4岗位素质要求

1.大专以上学历，企业管理、经济管理、市场营销专业尤佳；

2.具有安全意识，遵循HSSE规则行事；

3.富有商业头脑、商业控制能力强；

4.拥有良好销售及顾客导向能力；

5.良好的沟通、协作及领导能力；

6.极强责任心及主动性；

7.具有零售或服务行业1年及以上工作经验；

8.具有直接管理10人以上团队的经验；

9.可接受大区内地方调动；

1Job Description

Department： Network Planning

Category(HQ/JV)： JV

Position：Network Planning Supervisior/Specialist

Direct Supervisor： Network Planning Manager

2Responsbilities

1、Finish the network planning of responsible area by:

（1）Collection and analysis of the sorted data in the responsible market area ;

（2）Making Master Plan of the responsible area, and Intergrating Master Plan of the Market to form an overall network development plan;

（3）Conforming to the development target of the responsible area and set development goals of decomposing execution on Master Plan ;

（4）Evaluating the network on wehther it conforms to the network planning;

（5）Continuously updating and searching for more protential new networks;

（6）Keeping track and analyzing on the selected networks.

2、Cooperate with the project developing progression and provide accurate value judgement by:

（1）Prompt judgement on whether the network conforms with the network plannning;

（2）Acccurate estimation on network sales volume;

（3）Update and collection of market information（information of government planing、business circle、rivals,etc;

（4）Finishing and applying the investment review of the responsible area.

3、Assist the team of network analysis and asset to optimize the way of network development;

4、Responsible for annual MA Ranking report;

5、Other tasks assgined by thenetwrok planning manager.

3Requirements

1、Bachelor degree or above, preferably major in economic information management, statistical analysis,and municipal planning;

2、Three years of relevant working experience，preferably with experience of real estate preliminary planning, project planning and market research;

3、Preferably those who have experience of a-list project development;

4、Coordination capacity of integrated project and managment experience of project;

5、Patient ,cautious, and observative with clear logical judgment and analysis ability ;

6、Self-motivation and be ready to learn with fast learning ability;

7、Decent computer knowledge and English reading ability.
