9月7号的一共发放了2300个189和80个亲属担保类489签证的邀请

其中189签证邀请到了7月27日的60分。比上一轮的7月9号的60分，仅仅前进了18天。 目前7月27日以后的60分都在排队等待10月的邀请。

亲属担保类489签证的邀请从6月13日的60分前进到了6月17日的60分，仅仅前进了4天！

Invitation process and cut offs

The highest ranked clients by points score are invited to apply for the relevant visa. For clients who have equal points scores, the time at which they reached their points score for that subclass (referred to as the visa date of effect) determines their order of invitation. Expressions of Interest with earlier dates of effect are invited before later dates.

三个受限职业的邀请情况更加不容乐观

首先是会计

只邀请到了8月6日的70分！70分！70分！

这意味着这一轮只有7月2日到8月6日的70分才收到了邀请。

众多的8月6日以后的70分，以及7月2日以后的65分都仍要继续排队等待10月份的邀请。

但是是不是会计以后只有70分才能收到邀请了呢？

不是的！不是的！不是的！

从移民局发布的Occupation Ceiling可以看出，截至8月3号会计一共发放了420个邀请，但是截至9月7号只有440个邀请。

这说明9月7号总共只邀请了20个！20个！20个！会计。难怪只有70分才能收到邀请。

只也从侧面让我们们知道了1个月只有20个左右的70分会计。65分的会计们还是可以放心了！放心了！放心了！

至于移民局为什么只发放了20个会计的邀请，我们也不得而知。系统问题？认为错误？希望移民局不要再发生遮掩不过的错误了。

其他两个职业

ICT Business and System Analyst从6月23号的65分前进到了7月16号的65分。 这个职业今年估计都是需要65分才能收到邀请了。

Programmer形势稍微好些， 从上一轮的4月2日60分前进到了5月9号的60分。

下轮邀请

从10月起，将恢复每个月2轮的邀请。10月的邀请将分别在10月9日和10月23日。

Invitation rounds will be held twice a month from October 2015 and dates of rounds will be advised in advance. The maximum numbers of invitations to be issued in the October 2015 invitation rounds are as follows:
