COMPANY BACKGROUND:Our client is a leading accounting firm, specialising in outsourced financial services for international clients.
Due to continued and fast growing expansion, they are urgently looking to recruit a Chinese Mandarin speaking Client Manager. Your main role will be to manage client relationships and oversee and control the workflow and quality control issues for a portfolio of 15-20 clients.
As the primary contact for senior client staff, key responsibilities will include:
Implementation of new clients
Understanding the client's business and identifying key issues
Dealing with technical queries and reviewing VAT returns and registrations, payments runs, management reports etc.
Management of 2-3 members of more junior staff including appraisals and reviews
Consistently striving to deliver an excellent level of client service
Fluency in Chinese Mandarin is essential
Previous experience of working in a similar client manager role for an accountancy practice
International experience is a strong advantage
Strong communication skills are essential
Be part or fully qualified ACCA or CIMA qualified
Experience in managing a team of 2-3 people or more

" Enter customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
" Handle customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate person where needed
" Assist Sales Executives as needed and requested

" Work closely with Logistics to ensure smooth delivery and high standard of customer service
" Handle returns, complaints and other claims from customers, and coordinate with the necessary department(s) to resolve problems

Fluency in English and Mother Tongue Level Japanese or Mandarin are essential.
Experience in customer service and/or sales
Advanced computer skills for data entry and communication
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Financial software*
Warehouse Management System (training to be provided as needed)
Polite, helpful phone manner
Understanding of wholesale trade helpful
Knowledge of Japanese/Asian/ethnic foods helpful

Running on-line searches and matching / comparing against internal Company listings
Administering the set up of new client accounts
Dealing with client enquiries via email and telephone
Processing withdrawal requests from clients
Taking client deposits over the phone
Providing technical support regarding our platform and services
Liaising with international offices regarding new accounts and client support enquiries
Electronic filing
Archiving documents
Mail mergers
Sending out welcome letters to clients
The candidate must have some working experience which can have been gained as an internship or work experience during studies. Chinese language is essential.
The work experience should demonstrate that they have experience communicating with a variety of different people, particularly on the phone.
It is important that applicants have excellent written and spoken communication skills and are confident communicating with colleagues at all levels
The purpose of this job is to develop and maintain the Chinese Market in the UK for our Client's extensive property portfolio.
Fluent Chinese essential
Responsible for selling our Clients' luxury properties to Chinese investors in the UK.
Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship with them.
Advise and discuss various property services.
Attend to inquiries from any walk-in clients.
Build awareness and knowledge of the Dubai property market.
Fluent Chinese essential, Mandarin ideally, Cantonese would be a bonus.
At Least 1 years' sales experience in a performance driven environment, preferably selling across to high net worth individuals.

£0-1.4m @ .3%
