Underneath the deserts of New Mexico, there’s a hidden world to explore at Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Visitors can descend 750 feet underground to see the caves. There are many curious sites to see in the caves. There’s a king’s palace, a large castle like rock formation in one of the caverns.

There’s a lake of clouds, named for the cloudlike rocks which are visible under the surface of an underwater lake. There’s a bottomless pit, where visitors can throw a rock into the pit and never hear it hit the bottom. Perhaps the most impressive is the hall of the giants, a massive cavern with a floor space of 357,469 square feet.

However, that’s just a few of the things you can see at the park. So how would you like to travel underground to see the strange, beautiful world of Carlsbad Caverns National Park?
