Salary: UP TO £21,000 max per annum
Lead on the relationship with Asian clients to ensure customer satisfaction and growth in these key markets.
Manage the sales orders for Asian clients including follow up on any discrepancies: cancellations, change of styles etc.
Provide high standard of customer service when assisting in the resolution ofcustomer complaints.
Ensure all follow up of orders are carried out at the highest level in compliance with the very high expectations of the Asian market
Ensure highest level of communication with the Asian clients.
Manage the shipment process from start to end.
Responsible for managing the proforma invoicing for pre-payment
Contribute to Ad Hoc projects when required
Deep understanding of business culture of mainland China
Proven experience of gaining respect from Chinese franchisees and building working relationship
Proven record in reaching wholesale sales targets
Proven ability in successfully carrying out wholesale logistics from franchisees in Asia (entering into contracts, ensuring stock delivery, reorders)
Fully eligible to work in the UK with no restriction
Fluent Mandarin speaker is paramount
Fluent in English
Proven experience in administration
Excellent communication skills with a professional and pleasant telephone and email manner.
Proficient in the use of MS Office, MS Work and Excel
Excellent attention to detail
High organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and organize workload to ensure delivery to timelines
Able to work on own initiative or as a team
Outgoing personality with the ability to deal with people internally and externally at all levels
Works well under pressure
