刚入职场的小鲜肉们，在去interview前，应开展对公司、招聘经理、工作机会的研究。你应该了解公司的雇主对工作的要求，以及自己申请的这份工作的性质以及公司的背景。

The more research your conduct, the more you’ll understand the employer, and the better you’ll be able to answer  interview questions. 

面试的过程中，如果你遇到问题不会回答就尴尬了，而提前做好准备，会让你充满自信的去面对问题，但切忌不要去生搬硬套死记硬背。

A  good tool for remembering your responses is to put them into story form that you can tell in the interview. No need to memorize responses, but at least develop talking points. 

面试中，考官更注重考察应聘者回答的问题是否经过严密思考，答案是否客观恰当。并且更注祝他们是否具备基本的业务素质，往往也会给一些场景题，考查一下应聘者的应变能力，工作作风及处事方法，应聘者应改变“被动为“主动”要有自信，才容易被欣赏。

着装一定要干净利落正式，保持饰品和珠宝到最低限度，不要吸烟或在面试前几分钟吃东西保持口气清新。

所以尽早提前15分钟到达面试场所，准备好该带的东西，进入面试时关掉手机。

不断的研究表明，雇主会通过interviewee是否问一些问题从而对applicants interest 作出判断。聪明的求职者Prepare questions to ask days before the interview, adding any additional queries that might arise from the interview。

当面试结束以后，可以写感谢信通过邮件的形式，来表达自己很感激获得这次面试的机会。
