AmCham Shanghai’s Business Council for Sustainability and Responsibility (BCSR) invites you to participate in this year’s first session of the Industry & Business Sustainability Series, a discussion on How Social Innovation Transforms Business in China on Friday, April 8 from 14:00-16:00 at the AmCham Shanghai Conference Center.
The Industry & Business Sustainability Series is a thought-provoking speaker series focused on CSR issues that intersect with business and aimed to discuss possible solutions for China’s sustainable development. China's 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-20) casts innovation in a central role. It plays a significant role in addressing China’s mega challenges posed by mass urbanization, such as connectivity and energy efficiency. Forward-thinking companies will want to embrace these initiatives by transforming their business models and look at social impact. In this session, our guest speakers will share their insights on the mega-trends shaping social innovation and how companies can align their business and CSR strategies with these trends.
