We are actively searching for an experienced Sales Support to join our Auckland Sales Team, providing the Sales team with outstanding administrative support. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy and dynamic team where no two days are the same.
The role involves:
· Providing daily sales and administration support to up to six Account Managers (across telesales, commercial and strategic accounts)
· Sales and customer report creation
· Creating proposals, RFP''s and Tenders
· Problem solving and process improvement
· Updating contracts and processing work requests
· Accompanying Account Managers on sales visits
Desired Skills and Experience
You will bring:
· Tested intermediate to advanced Excel skills – you must know functions such as Vlookup, pivot, formulas, calculations and more
· Strong Word and PowerPoint skills
· Outstanding administration and time management skills
· Strong customer focus and service
· Accuracy and attention to detail in both numbers and text
· Strong multi tasking ability, you''ll need it
