- Develop and finalize the starting strategy of a new programme; Plan, implement and evaluate milestones and sub-projects in the programme
- Lead and manage the career coaching team, set up team target, create detailed work plans, make sure that all the team members execute the project according to the project plans
- Training the Career advisor team on how to provide specialist advice to graduates about their career plans and provide interview techniques and coaching
- Maintain current career program partners' relationship by regular meetings and develop new partners' network to sourcing new work placement opportunities
- Monitor the progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
- At least 3 years previous experience of UK student career support and development; strong ability of international students' customer relationship management
- Strong leadership and management skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship skills including ability to influence and work effectively with people
- Excellent English and Mandarin speaking and written skills required
