-   Extensive experience of working as a sales manager (ideally 3 years or longer)

-   Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the traditional Chinese medicine; The relevant qualification in Chinese herbal Medicine is compulsory

-   Must have Chinese and English language skills (our main targeted clients and business associates are Chinese)

-   Must be computer literate, smart, competent and presentable

-   Must be able to work in line with relevant licensing and safety legislation

-   Uk recognised degree in the relevant field is required

-   Monitoring sales targets in China and the UK with a view to developing and implementing sales strategies

-   Conduct market research in China and the UK with a view to developing and implementing marketing / sales strategies and campaigns in conjunction with senior management

-   Liaise with business associates in China to determine suitable goods and services

-   Assess and check the type, quality, quantity and price of stock and ensuring availability

-   Determine prices and range of products and services appropriate for targeted clients

-   Produce sales reports on a regular basis and keep up-to-date with the products and competitors

-   Report on marketing / sales strategy and campaign issues on a regular basis
