高跟鞋之于妹纸就是一种爱恨交织的存在~




看到隔壁宿舍的系花踩着高跟踏着猫步

觉得这样才是真女人



看到明星踩着10cm+的恨天高还能边跳边唱

心想估计高跟鞋也没传说中那么恐怖




当你兴高采烈终于穿上一双美美哒高跟鞋时,

却发现...

每走一步脚和心都在滴血啊啊啊…

果然flip-flop(人字拖)才是本命…


一个困扰全球女同胞们的终极问题就是:

难道穿高跟鞋注定要痛死?

美国新闻聚合类网站Buzzfeed的一位小编就表示不服,这位名叫Chelsea的妹纸做了一个实验,以身试“鞋”,亲测几种号称可以穿高跟鞋脚不疼的秘诀是不是真管用。

高跟鞋在英文里一般说high heels。细高跟鞋可以说stiletto,原意是细短剑,形状纤细并逐渐变尖,因此被用来形象地形容鞋跟极细极高的高跟鞋,一般是浅口鞋(pumps)。稍矮一点的细跟鞋叫kitten heels,15cm以上的恨天高则是sky-high shoes。其他常见的鞋还有平底鞋flat shoes,拖鞋slippers,凉鞋sandals,木屐clogs


首先,实验规则如下:



1、I will try a new heel hack every day of the workweek for one week, starting with a no-hack day as my control.

实验为期一个工作周,每天用不同方法试穿高跟鞋。第一天什么都不用,裸穿。


2、I will wear the same pair of heels for each hack.

每天穿的是同一款高跟鞋(保证结果无偏差)。


3、I will stand as long as possible in the heels throughout the day and record the time spent in them.

尽可能一整天多站着,并记录下穿高跟鞋的时间。


4、I will try not to cry as I force my feet into these chambers of doom.

尽量忍住不哭。(心疼妹纸10秒钟……)


这就是妹纸的“实验对象”

来围观一下妹纸的实验报告:

裸穿(No Hack)


爬楼层数:8层 

站立时长:2小时

穿鞋总时长:4小时

感想:比想象中坚持得更久,但太难受了,脚很疼。换上平底鞋的那刻简直谢天谢地了。

Overall thoughts: I lasted longer than I thought but I wouldn’t call it pleasant. My feet hurt and I was really thankful to put on flats, as per usual.


方法1:

一种画风诡异、分离脚趾的前脚掌垫(Toe Dividers)


花费:11.3美金

使用方法: 套在脚掌上分开脚趾

Slip'em on your feet so your toes are separated.






爬楼层数:2层

站立时长:6分钟 

穿鞋总时长:10分钟(啊哈哈)



感想:疼疯了而且简直丑爆了好么…… 对我来说可能其他款式的鞋才行?我左脚比右脚略小一点,可还是不舒服。每次站起来都能疼得直叫唤真心不能忍,钱白花了。


Overall thoughts: THESE HURT and were ugly as hell. I guess with different shoes that were way too big for me, they would work? But my left foot is smaller than my right and it still felt uncomfortable. When I stood up, I yelped. I tried to hang tough in them — but I just couldn’t do it. Not worth the money.


方法2:透明胶带(Scotch Tape)


花费:约4美金

使用方法:把脚中指和无名指缠在一起,理论上可以分散脚部压力。

Method: Tape your “ring” and middle toes together to (supposedly) redistribute the weight and pressure points on your feet.



爬楼层数:12层

站立时长:约3小时 

穿鞋时长:7小时!!!(神马?!)

感想:可能我是想挑战下裸穿高跟鞋那天的纪录,想不到贴了胶带后,真心不疼!

Overall thoughts: Part of me was questioning if I was just being stubborn and wanted to beat my no-hack day. And maybe that was part of it, but genuinely, my feet didn’t hurt. IF I HAD TO, I could’ve kept them on another hour — but I would’ve complained the whole time, and no one wants that.


方法三:棉球(Cotton Balls)


花费:5.6刀一大包

使用方法:据说把棉球塞在脚趾下面就行。

Method: I read that you can put cotton balls on the under your toes to make them more comfy.



爬楼层数:6层

站立时长:1小时 

穿鞋总时长:2小时35分钟


感想:马马虎虎,既不会更舒服也不会更难受。一开始脚踩上去软软的感觉还不错。但才过了俩小时,脚趾就挤麻了……就那么回事儿,我觉得还不如什么都不用呢。

Overall thoughts: These didn’t really make the experience of wearing heels any better or any worse. At first, the cotton balls felt nice on the bottom of my feet. However, by hour two, my toes felt numb and too scrunched. It was OK, but you might as well go with nothing, IMO. 


方法四:

某品牌减压鞋垫(Dr. Scholl’s DreamWalk Insoles)


花费:约15美金



爬楼梯层数:12层

站立时间:1.5小时 

穿鞋总时长:5小时48分


感想:有一定的缓冲作用,但脚总是不自主地往前滑,挤在鞋口那里,感觉怪怪的。一开始觉得可能鞋子大一点会好些,但其实我脚后跟那里还有一定的空间,所以应该没啥区别。

Overall thoughts: While I did appreciate the cushion this provided, the pads kind of pushed my feet out in a weird way and made my foot do that overflowing loaf thing on one side. I thought maybe this would’ve worked better had my shoe been bigger, but as it was, I still had a little room in the back, so I don’t think it would’ve actually made a difference. This definitely made the experience of wearing the heels better since it provided some arch support, but it wasn’t a lifesaving experience.


所以……最后的赢家居然是:胶带!


妹纸表示,虽然减压鞋垫也还凑合,但性价比就完全败给了胶带。胶带多便宜啊才几块钱,减压鞋垫将近15美金……还不如贴着胶带纸用省下的钱去买零食呢~



最后妹子声明,这次实验无任何科学依据,完全从个人感受出发,所以到底胶带纸是不是最管用的还得因人而异,妹纸们可以大胆尝试一下咯~


毕竟,女人总说永远缺一双高跟鞋…

据说,下面这三个基本款是值得备齐的~

(然而第三种露脚趾的款式看来胶带纸是用不上了)




所以最保险的方法就是,先从这款走起吧2333…



高跟鞋要多高才最合适你?

有这样一种检验方法:



1、Stand up straight in the heels. Make sure your knees are straight.

穿上高跟鞋站直,膝盖不能弯。


2、Try to lift yourself up out of the heels (1 inch).

踮起脚后跟,使脚后跟脱离鞋跟大约2.5厘米。


If you can, this means the pitch and height are good for you.

如果你能做到,说明这个鞋跟高度对你刚刚好。


If you can’t, this means the heel is probably too high for you to handle.

如果做不到,那可能鞋跟对你来说太高了。


再支两招:


Heel then toe! Your walk should be as normal as possible. 

穿高跟鞋走路的正确姿势是:鞋跟先着地,然后再过渡到脚尖。



Practice walking around so you can get used to them!

新鞋记得要多在附近走走,适应了再穿。
