We are looking for below talents from both UK and Hong Kong to join our fast growing business:

*   Sales Manager (full-time)

*   Senior Assistant to CEO (full-time)

Responsibilities:

-   Maintaining & expanding our network in Asia.

-   Selling our properties to individual customers

-   Liaising and supporting agents, real estate investment companies marketing our developments

-   Preparing and Presenting investment opportunities to retail and institutional clients

Requirement:

-   At least 3 years of working experience in sales / real estate / customer relationships or other related sectors

-   Self-motivated and result driven, good communication and networking skills

-   Excellent in English and mandarin, good Cantonese preferred

-   Salary dependent on experience 20-30K / year plus bonus

Responsibilities:

-   Directly support to the CEO

-   Maintain & develop key customer relationships in both UK and overseas.

-   Carry out operational tasks on the CEO’s behalf

Experience Required:

-   At least 3 years of related working experience preferred

-   Self-motivated, good communicational and organisational skills

-   Native or bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin / Cantonese

-   Salary:  20-30K / year
