现在Bar Waiter / Waitress职缺有2个空缺，Commis Waiter职缺有一个，同等待遇。

Bar Waiter / Waitress Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate bar waiter/waitress who can deliver high quality and exceptional service to guests. As a bar waiter/waitress, you’ll be required to work in a face paced environment.  

Responsibilities

As a Bar waiter/Waitress, You will be responsible for…

· Prepare to serve hot/cold food and beverages

· Taking orders from guests

·  Informing guest of special menu

·  Prepare to explain menu items when necessary

·  Remove dishes from counter and tables

·  Check customer’s satisfaction

Candidate Profile

·   Previous experience in Dining Restaurant/Luxury Hospitality as  a waiter or waitress

·   Able to work late shifts (Rota Schedule)

·   Speak fluent mandarin and English

·   Valid working visa with at least 1 and half year remaining

Commis waiter Role Summary   

As a Commis waiter, you will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service and experience to our guests.  You will possess outstanding attitude and a team player mentality.

Responsibilities

· Assist waiters in taking and relaying orders to the kitchen

· Replace tables with new table cloths, plates, cutlery and glasses in a professional manner

· Clean and sanitize tables and chairs

· Assist waiter in serving food and beverages

· Greet and assist guests to their seats

· Maintain supply of clean napkins

· Ensure restaurant environment is clean and safe

· Distribute food checks to the kitchen

Candidate Profile

· Previous experience in Dining Restaurant/Luxury Hospitality as  a waiter or waitress

· Able to speak fluent Mandarin and English

· Able to work late shifts (Rota Schedule)

· Valid working visa with at least 1 and half year remaining
