Leading International Bank is currently searching for a Junior / Payment Accounts Assistant to join their London desk. This role is a chance to begin your career within the Financial Services Sector, and will offer career progression within the company.
- Email COA, expenses details, fixed assets details to IT centre on a monthly basis
- Audit confirmation preparation and prepare post
- Monthly fixed assets depreciation
- Business and personnel expenses analysis
- Fixed assets transfer and disposal preparation
- Company Credit Cards-Checking, Coding, Producing payment entry vouchers
- Giving advices on expenses/cash advances/payments on behalf of other branches and clients
- Applying Tax VAT refundable where appropriate
- Finance experience gained within Financial Services
- Recently graduated with a Finance / mathematical degree (MSc/BSc)
- Looking to study their accountancy qualification (there will be study support)
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
- Drive to succeed in the Financial Services industry
