Headquartered in London (UK), Imagine is a leading global mobile sales and marketing company with established regional offices in Singapore, Malaysia and New York. Having achieved fantastic growth and increased prominence over the last few years, we now require a high-calibre Media Sales Manager who will support our global sales activities including our expansion into mainland China.
The position, based in London, will include working with International clients looking to run digital marketing campaigns in Mainland China, and direct selling of mobile marketing services and advertising inventory to Mainland China media agencies. The position will also include a high degree of international travel, as well as various administrational duties involved in our regional set-up. This is a very demanding role and requires someone with an entrepreneurial, highly driven mind-set.
- Identify and close new sales opportunities in Mainland China
- Support existing sales initiatives to drive client activity in Mainland China
- Account management of Chinese clients and international clients looking to run campaigns in Mainland China
- Increase awareness of Imagine Mobile in Mainland China
- Deliver against individual revenue targets
- Assist with the formation of Imagine’s Representative Entity in Mainland China
- Translation of all sales and marketing collateral into simplified Chinese
- Translation of all Chinese language legal and administrative documents
- A proven track record in selling digital advertising
- A hunger to shape the future of digital marketing regionally
- A strong sales approach and presentation skills

- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- The ability to work under own initiative
- Clear communication skills
- Resilience and the ability to function under pressure
- Language: Spoken - English (fluent), Mandarin (fluent), Cantonese (fluent)
- Language: Written - English (fluent), Simplified Chinese (fluent), Traditional Chinese (fluent)
- Familiarity with China and Shanghai having spent time in the region
- Familiarity with Chinese cultural and business environments
